Sept. 11 at San Francisco: Rams win. How 'bout them Niners? The suffering
continues in the Bay Area as this once-great franchise remains trapped in
Salary Cap Hell. Whoever quarterbacks this team will be in over his or her
head.


Sept. 18 at Arizona: Rams lose. A frisky Kurt Warner will get his revenge,
hitting pass after pass to the oversized Cardinals receivers. Bill Bidwill
smirks and Rams Nation bristles as No. 13 rubs it in Mike Martz's face.


Sept. 25 vs. Tennessee: Rams win. Remember the Titans? Barely. The Super Bowl
34 losers are starting over from scratch. Their road show will stink.


Oct. 2 at New York Giants: Rams win. The Giants were awful at the end of last
season and they've done little to improve since then. On a mild fall afternoon,
Marc Bulger and Co. will score a road win.


Oct. 9 vs. Seattle: Rams win. Mike Holmgren's nightmare will continue as Martz
captures another Mike Bowl.


Oct. 17 at Indianapolis: Rams lose. What a spectacle! The Colts and Rams will
trade touchdowns in a made-for-MNF shootout. Indianapolis will have the ball
last -- after a Rams special teams snafu -- and win at the end.


Oct 23 vs. New Orleans: Rams win. The rivalry between these franchises will
heat up one more time. The Saints, an enigma last season, won't win many games
on the road this season.


Oct. 30 vs. Jacksonville: Rams win. This won't be an automatic victory at home
by any means. But the schedule is pretty cushy in the first half, allowing the
Rams to build momentum.


Nov. 13 at Seattle: Rams lose. Now the trouble starts. Give Martz two weeks to
prepare for an opponent and he will outthink himself -- especially while
squaring off against a familiar tactician like Holmgren.


Nov. 20 vs. Arizona: Rams win. Warner will be injured by this point of the
season and the Gridbirds will start to pay for their relative youth.


Nov. 27 at Houston: Rams lose. Old friend Tony Banks will come off the Texans'
bench to lead his team to a huge victory. In fact, this victory will put the
Houston playoff bid over the top.


Dec. 4 vs. Washington: Rams win. Can't you hear NASCAR beckoning Joe Gibbs back
to pit row? The Redskins will know they're in trouble when their coaching
legend asks them to spend every practice going 'round and 'round the field,
running counter-clockwise laps.


Dec. 11 at Minnesota: Rams lose. We're not sure who will own the Vikings at
this point in 2005, but we know they will have ample firepower to hold serve at
home. There will be life after Randy Moss at the Alan Page Dome.


Dec. 18 vs. Philadelphia: Rams lose. This time, the Eagles will need to win
this game. They won't have a playoff berth already secured. So the Rams -- by
now riddled by injuries -- will lose a rare home game.


Dec. 24 vs. San Francisco: Rams win. Whew! Just when Rams Nation was sweating
the late-season downturn, the friendly 49ers will show up to donate some blood
and organs. By banking the automatic 2-0 again, the Rams merely needed to go
8-6 against the rest of their schedule to return to postseason play.


Jan. 1 at Dallas: Rams win. Needing this game to reach the playoffs, the Rams
will defeat the by-now dispirited Cowboys while Jerry Jones holds an ice pack
to his melon on the sidelines. Bill Parcells will retire, again, after the game.

So eine positive Herangehensweise lobe ich mir!

Hey eine sehr gute Vorschau auf die Rams Spiele von Jeff Gordon.
Gefällt mir was er da so schreibt (außer das mit Kurt Warner) ............ vor allem könnte dass wirklich alles eintreffen

Ersteinmal: Herzlich willkommen bein uns!

Wir wollen mal nicht gleich übertreiben... Die Rams (über-)leben zur Zeit noch dank der Reste Ihrer einst mächtigen Offense. Die Defense ist zwar dieses Jahr wohl besser geworden doch wirft uns der Verlust von Butler wieder etwas zurück.

Mein Augenmerk werden aber vor allem die Special Teams haben, denn die MÜSSEN einfach besser werden. Ohne vernünftige ST ist haben die O# und D# viel mehr zu tun und das ist bei einem Wackelkandidaten wie die Rams zu schwer...
