Charlie Baggett is being hired as the new receivers coach on Steve Spagnuolo's staff.
Baggett, 55, has spent the past two seasons coaching wide receivers at the University of Washington.
In the NFL, he has had stints coaching receivers for Miami (2005-06), Minnesota (2000-04), Green Bay (1999), and the Houston Oilers (1993-94). In nine of his 10 NFL seasons, Baggett has had at least one 1,000-yard receiver.
Baggett worked with Rams offensive coordinator Pat Shurmur for eight years at Michigan State in the 1980s and '90s.
Charlie Baggett has tutored five Pro Bowl performers.
Nate Burleson and Bill Shroeder had their only 1000 yard receiving seasons under him.
His track record is really good.
